Best in Journeyman

Best in Masters

 Rules:

• Anyone can enter as long as costumes are PG-13, PG, or G.

• Only one costume allowed per participant

• One contest category per person, and must be based on a real character.

• There will be no dangerous materials allowed in the costume

• No foul play allowed amongst competitors.

• No pets allowed.
